Easy Solo -> 2up Setup
The following pictures show the pieces and parts along with how I think I made some things easier for me, and if you like what you see, easier for you as well. This allows me to go from a solo setup to being able to ride 2 Up in about 15 minutes. Also, as you may tell from the pics, it gives me a pretty wide variety of setups for the bike. From a bar hopper, to ready for a road trip and all points between.
By the way, on my Mods page you can find links for most of my mod parts.

First, the solo setup, notice I have also removed the passenger pegs.
The hole filling bolt, this and the next pic show how I gave it a clean look. Be sure to use a rubber washer under the beveled countersink washer. The rubber washer was actually cut to size by the bevel edges.

While in 2 Up mode you use the regular Harley seat nut, but remove it for solo and use a locking nut.

The Kuryakyn Plug n Play talks about a rubber pad in the instructions, but mine for whatever reason did not come with one, so you can see I glued some 1/4” rubber pads to the bottom. I made sure nowhere did I have metal to metal. By the way, the stock sissy bar for newer models will not fit despite what the Kury rep told me at DelMarVa, the sissy bar has to have a dimension of 6 3/4” outside to outside on the legs where they mount to the plug n play. So I found one on ebay with an old style brass eagle.

I have a luggage rack that I also found on ebay that is a simple bolt on. You need to use the seat bolt and the last strut 2 bolts, 1 on each side, to mount it. I rarely use it now that I have detachable bags, but when I take my long road trips it will be on the Fat Glide

You may notice the turn signals are different in the photos, the mini bullets on the license bracket are the ones I have now
